Support Options:
Software Based Support:
First, we suggest the user refer to our “Help” feature
found on the software tool bar. Any topic may be printed for referral.
Especially important is the “Quick Start” topic that will
assist the user through the basic entry process.
Included with each package is an example of a completed property projection on a sample rental property. We encourage users to familiarize themselves with that example prior to entering their prospective property information. Finally, included on several screens are help buttons to explain some of the basic features.
